1. What Dayn provides

Dayn provides a template and formatting tool. It helps users enter loan details, review them, and print or save an agreement as a PDF. It does not hold funds, verify identities, witness signatures, file documents with a court or authority, or act for either party.

2. Not legal, financial, or Shariah advice

Dayn is not a law firm, financial institution, or religious authority. References to interest-free lending and Islamic principles describe the intended template approach; they are not a fatwa, Shariah certification, or assurance that a document is enforceable or suitable for a particular situation.

You should obtain qualified local legal and, where appropriate, religious advice before relying on an agreement—especially for large amounts, cross-border arrangements, disputes, inheritance, business lending, or any situation with legal consequences.

3. Your responsibility for the agreement

You are responsible for entering accurate information, confirming the amount and repayment terms with every party, ensuring each person has capacity and authority to agree, and using appropriate signatures, witnesses, copies, and records. Do not use Dayn to create false, misleading, fraudulent, or unlawful documents.

4. Privacy and saved files

Agreement data is handled in your browser as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for protecting drafts in your browser and PDFs after you print, download, store, or share them.

5. Availability and limitations

Dayn is provided on an “as available” basis. Browser printing, PDF naming, fonts, and page layout can vary by device and browser. Review the final PDF before signing or relying on it. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Zeeshan Ali does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or any legal outcome from use of Dayn.

6. Changes and applicable law

Dayn may update the tool or these terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. These terms do not select a governing law, court, or dispute-resolution forum. Mandatory laws that apply to you or the service may still apply.
